1. Booking requests
Submitting the website form or sending a WhatsApp message creates an enquiry only. A booking is not confirmed until SK Studio Space confirms availability, scope, price and payment terms in writing.
2. Prices and payment
Quoted prices may depend on duration, crew size, equipment, staffing, overtime and taxes. Payment and deposit requirements will be included in the final booking confirmation.
3. Changes and cancellation
Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules will be shared before confirmation. Additional time is subject to availability and may incur fees.
4. Studio use
Clients are responsible for their team, property, permissions and lawful content. Safety directions and occupancy limits must be followed.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not responsible for indirect losses or client equipment unless expressly agreed in writing.
